All Extreme Pyro Gear products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Estimated Delivery

 

Most U.S. orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days after an order is placed.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and shipping carrier.

 

During holidays, major sales, severe weather, or other high-volume periods, production and delivery may take a little longer than usual.

Multiple-Item Orders

 

Some items in your order may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers at no additional shipping charge.

Order Tracking

 

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. If an order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

 

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Addresses

 

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order resent.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact.us@ExtremePyroGear.com. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

 

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, your package appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact.us@ExtremePyroGear.com.

We will investigate the issue and work to determine the appropriate resolution.

Extreme Pyro Gear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

International shipping availability, delivery times and costs may vary by destination.
